These are 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minute individual sessions between the program organizers/coaches and the participants that are held every month. These coaching sessions are intended to ensure that the content of the sessions and activities is well understood and clarified if necessary, to assess the progress of the participant and provide individual guidance and recommendations.
These sessions are imperative because language or cultural barrier may keep participants from fully engaging with the program content and the application of the tools and activities to their business ideas may need supplementary support.
Before coaching sessions, the program organizers/coaches need to do a diagnostic of the project to identify priorities of coaching and objectives. The participants must agree on these objectives. The action plan can also be used as a road map for the one-to-one coaching.
